Pilates – yoga flow classes with Chrissy every Tuesday evening at the Cawongla community centre 6pm-7.15pm.
Pilates yoga flow offers strengthening of stabilizing muscles, awareness of areas that are weak, with opportunities to strengthen while deepen into connection of self and posture.
This class offers strength and flexibility, starting from where you are at and moving from that place.
When we connect with our body, we can move with more awareness, we can improve areas that need a little TLC, we have fun and we feel stronger and more confident.
Classes run in blocks and are full at the moment.
